The General Terms and Conditions apply to the customer who uses the website of Hansatrade Ltd., managed by Hansatrade Ltd., Reg. No. 40003729540 when order is made.
Hansatrade Ltd. is registered in the Register of Enterprises and is a VAT payer: VAT reg. LV40003729540.
Hansatrade Ltd. has rights to amend and supplement these conditions and price list. Terms, Conditions and the Price List amendments are announced on the website, and they come into force after the publication.
Prices and availability of products, services can be changeed without notice, because the customer is entitled to cancel the order.
Hansatrade Ltd. reserves rights to cancel the order if the price of the product indicated on the website is inappropriate due to human error or technical system error.
Product information is regularly reviewed and updated, so the data may have been updated since the customer's last visit in the website.
Product images are illustrative.

Shopping Cart, Order, Order Form and Delivery
The contents of the selected shopping cart can be changed, i. you can add or remove unnecessary goods, change their quantity. Before order confirmation, please read the General Terms and Conditions of Hanstrade Ltd. and confirm them.
It is necessary to fill contact information and choose Delivery method. In conclusion - confirm the order!
The order is sent to Hansatrade Ltd. Hansatrade Ltd. check the order and communicates with the customer as soon as possible to inform about the availability of goods and the approximate time of delivery of the order. For private persons and legal entities, payments for the order are according prepayment invoice. Payment for Educational institutions are possible both according to the prepayment invoice and/or according to the final invoice after reception of the goods.

Delivery conditions
For orders up to 100 EUR, delivery fee 5,00 EUR. We provide free delivery for orders over 100 EUR. The price of the Omniva service according to the indicated price.
We invite you to pick up your orders at our office at Ogres street 5-1, Riga, notifying us in advance of the estimated time of arrival by T. + 371 67522133 or by writing to E.

Order cancellation and product return
If the product purchased through Hansatrade Ltd. website and for some reasons there is non-conformity or defect of the product, the customer has rights to request replacement of the product or return the product to the seller (Hansatrade Ltd.).
Within 14 (fourteen) days after the return of the product, we will refund paid amount for the returned product.
Exercise the rights of withdrawal, returned goods must be in original packaging (may be open, but not damaged) and together with a copy of the proof of purchase. If the returned product is damaged, Hansatrade Ltd. has rights to submit claim to the customer regarding the decrease in the value of the product no later than 30 (thirty) days after the return of the product.

Warranty conditions
The warranty is valid if the customer (buyer or user) can show a document confirming the purchase (bill of lading or receipt).
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by the customer's fault:
- due to incorrect/non-compliant use and maintenance of the goods, i.e. the product has not been used for its intended purposes;
- due to inadequate storage conditions of the goods, i.e. quick temperature changes, humidity, dust, etc. external factors;
- due to mechanical and intentional (malicious) damage to the equipment, i.e. impact/fall marks, broken parts, scratches;
- in cases of natural wear of elements, e.g. batteries;
- arbitrary disassembly/assembly of the equipment has been performed as a result of damage;
- the product serial number or label is damaged/removed;
- damage due to incorrect transportation of the goods.
In order to determine liability for damage/defect of the product, Hansatrade Ltd. relies on the competence of a person authorized by the manufacturer. If the damage/defect is caused by the reasons listed above, the customer will be able to repair the product for a fee.
In the case of warranty, please inform Hanstrade Ltd. by T. 67522133 and/or send an application to the E., indicating the date of purchase of the product, defect of the product, as well as attach a copy of the documents confirming the purchase.

Liability / Obligations of the Parties
Hansatrade Ltd. is liable to the customer, and the customer is liable to Hansatrade Ltd. for losses caused to the other party by non-compliance with these terms and requirements in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. If the fulfillment of the obligations of the parties (or any part thereof) is made impossible by force majeure, the party shall not be liable for the failure to fulfill the obligations until the fulfillment of the obligations becomes possible.

Other terms and conditions
All personal information obtained by order confirmation on the website Hansatrade Ltd. - in place were order is made, will be considered confidential information. Terms and conditions which are not referred in these Regulations shall be regulated by the regulatory enactments in Republic of Latvia. All disputes between the customer and Hansatrade Ltd. regarding the ordering and purchase of goods on the website - in place were order is made, will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is carried out by the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Commission, located at 55 Brīvības street, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia.
